FLECK roof terminals are used to remove large quantities of exhaust air and are used in:

• industrial and private ventilation systems

Function:

Special Flair heads (deflector hoods) and fully-integrated condensate separators (KWA) up to DN 200 can be supplied as an option for exhaust air (vapour) highly loaded with moisture and fumes. Flair (flared) heads are open at the top, ensure that air is blown out far vertically from the vent pipe, catch rain and discharge it onto the roof.

An additionally integrated condensate separator provided added protection for the system against back-flowing condensate, which can form in a cool environment.

Advantages of the FLECK roof terminal

If necessary, the FLECK roof terminal can be equipped with an efficient vent hood, the so-called Flair head, a condensate separator (KWA) as well as thermal insulation. To this end, the terminal for pitched roofs is available in different versions for roofs with clay or concrete roof tiles, corrugated sheet, slate or shingle. The components of the FLECK roof terminal are made of extremely weather resistant and hard-wearing special rigid PVC.

Due to the comparatively large air volumes, mechanical ventilation systems with diameters from DN 150 are used in exhaust air systems. Regardless of whether pitched or flat roof, a FLECK roof terminal in nominal size DN 150 to DN 500, completely preassembled and in a matching colour, is always perfectly suitable.
