The substructure of the solar systems is fastened onto the bracket made of VA stainless steel. A load-transferring plate made of galvanised steel is fixed on the back of the Solar support tile, on which a particularly stable Z-profile is in turn attached as protection against wind suction. With the help of this profile, the tile is inserted and screwed into a roof batten to be additionally attached on site as a support batten, without machining or adjusting the surrounding roof tiles.
Fasten the solar support tile on the support batten by “inserting” it with the help of the Z-profile.
Use the enclosed screws to fix the solar support tile on the roof batten.
The rail substructure of the solar system is mounted on the solar support post made of VA steel using suitable brackets and screws.
Align the substructure with loosened screw. Then fix the inclination of the solar support post made of VA steel with the help of a size 13 spanner.
The Solar support tiles can be installed on the cross and support battens independently of the rafters, according to the structural calculations. It is not necessary to machine the adjacent roof tiles, which reduces the risks of downstream damage significantly.
Horizontal laying of the modules is possible
For horizontal laying of the modules, the rail substructure can then be installed directly vertically, which reduces the overall height and minimises costs. If the roof overhang has to be enlarged, this can be done easily without replacing the existing roof battens, by using the FLECK roof batten extension.
The rail system of the solar system can also be mounted vertically on the FLECK solar support tiles.
The FLECK production has a large number of reference roof tiles with which models of the roof tile and concrete roofing tile manufacturers can be reproduced.
Solar support tiles made by FLECK have proven to be an easy to install complete solution for roofers, because they have adjustable stainless steel brackets, are delivered preassembled and are available in a large choice of tile shapes and original colours.
Matching shape and colour – how come?
FLECK has a large number of reference roof tiles in its production department, with which the required models of clay roof tile or concrete roofing tile manufacturers are reproduced and manufactured. FLECK is therefore able to deliver accessories in the right size and colour for new and existing roofs within the shortest possible time.
As an alternative to the tile-specific Solar support tile, FLECK offers the Solarflex universal support tile with rolled lead-substitute collar in black, red and brown. It has the same design as the type-specific solar support tile and thanks to the flexible collar made of environmentally friendly lead substitute, can be connected to the adjacent roof tiles in a raintight way.
The PV-VogelStop bird deterrent is simply fixed onto the edge of the photovoltaic array by clips.
FLECK offers PV-VogelStop bird deterrent to prevent damage to the photovoltaics or solar thermal installation, for example, caused by burning birds’ nests. The protective comb is simply attached to the edge of the solar modules using the clips supplied and thus prevents small animals such as birds from nesting under the solar installation.
