Easy.“ It is precisely this innovative power and attitude that now enable FLECK to also reliably meet the strict criteria of the so-called ZVDH material guarantee.
FLECK is an active technical and trade member of various national and international associations. We are linked to the Central Association of German Roofing (Zentralverband des Deutschen Dachdeckerhandwerks e.V., ZVDH) in Cologne, on the one hand through diverse memberships in regional professional associations. On the other hand, we have received the ZVDH’s sustainability certificate for our ECO Form product range.
With the ZVDH material guarantee*, we have now taken the next step in our cooperation, as with it, FLECK offers the roofing trade in particular an additional degree of certainty. The ZVDH material guarantee covers an additional four years to the statutorily required two-year warranty. “Together”, that is six years of security on which you can build willingly and well.

Certainty instead of a tightrope walk – FLECK products with ZVDH material guarantee
New roof products means new possibilities – but also uncertainties if they do not have longstanding cover by the ZVDH regulations. This is precisely where the ZVDH material guarantee comes in: it protects trade contractors from losses. To this end, as a manufacturer, FLECK has produced extensive product data sheets and detailed installation instructions and published them in its download area. The technical experts of the ZVDH have examined them and compared them with their experience and state-of-the-art standards. Only after this intensive examination process did FLECK receive the release for the ZVDH material guarantee* and recognition from the ZVDH. In this way, technical risks become calculable and reliably controllable.

What is the ZVDH material guarantee? In the event of material defects, the manufacturer pays the costs for up to six years – including for necessary labour. Contact is made directly with the manufacturer, without the detour through the wholesale trade. An up-to-date database in the protected ZVDH members’ area provides information about the guarantee protection. Only businesses that are members of roofing trade associations enjoy the benefit of the ZVDH material guarantee.
What happens in the case of a claim? If, despite modern production technology and strict quality assurance, a claim is made against one of our FLECK products with ZVDH material guarantee, the product is replaced free of charge. In addition, the removal and installation costs are also paid.

Since then, the FLECK flat roof products covered by the quality and test regulations – such as the ROOFGUARD or the 4-in-1 flat roof vent system – have been audited annually as part of an external audit of compliance with the high quality standards of the RAL Gütegemeinschaft.
