FLECK products help to effectively prevent uncontrolled air exchange, condensation and energy waste through outdated ventilation systems.

Modern vents with integrated backflow flap provide controlled air exchange. This prevents cold air from penetrating the ventilation pipe or the permanent uncontrolled escape of warm air. Use of a backflow flap is possible and sensible for mechanical extract ventilation systems and for rooms without windows for DN 100, DN 125 and DN 150. The installation of backflow flaps is recommended, for example, for internal bathrooms*, rooms with high air load or ventilation systems for flat roofs, as there the ducts are mostly shorter and cold air can penetrate the building interior more easily.

Flat roof vent for renovation

The 4-in-1 flat roof vent CLASSIC with the extra-long renovation system pipes DN 90, DN 100 and DN 125 are used in the renovation of older flat roof vents DN 100, DN 125 and DN 150.
The 4-in-1 system pipes chosen are one size smaller than the existing fan pipe. The corresponding backflow seal has multiple sealing lips and seals the gap between the new and existing pipe so that it is airtight and watertight.

Easily install extendable renovation drains and renovation gullies

Like the renovation vents, drainage renovation products are equipped with longer drain pipes and a backflow seal. They are simply inserted into the existing drains. Drain pipes in the renovation product range with lengths greater than 500 mm can be supplied for roofs with large cross-sections:

Self-cleaning leaf screen against backwater on the flat roof

Flat roof leaf screens and gravel trap cages protect drains from problematic dirt and contamination. However, they cannot always prevent dirt accumulations that cause critical backwater quantities to form. This is where the ROOFGUARD, the unique and patented leaf screen with self-cleaning mechanism is used. The ROOFGUARD leaf screen lifts itself automatically as soon as the flat roof drain or gully is blocked and the water reaches a backed-up level of 60 mm. The backed-up water shoots beneath it and into the drain. The resulting undertow drags leaves, dirt, etc. along with it. The leaf screen then lowers itself again.

In addition to the ROOFGUARD and the renovation drains and gullies there are also suitable emergency drainage products, which can be integrated not only into the surface but also into the parapet.
